Jedediah V. Huss received his doctorate in dental surgery from Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. He currently holds the status of Diplomate with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. Huss has published multiple articles related to dental implants. Dr. Huss is a KOL for multiple companies, and member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Academy of General Dentistry. He also has won many awards, such as Top Instructor for Implants in 2020 and 2021, International Congress of Oral Implantologists Diplomate in 2018, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists Fellow & Master in 2015.
Julieanne O’Connor helps high-achieving Dentists and CEOs to leverage their influence because they are often overworked and overwhelmed. Having helped countless professionals to out-pace their competition using strategic planning, influence, and leadership training combined with burnout prevention strategies, O’Connor offers her dental industry secrets for sustainable success on stages internationally.
O’Connor is an “Influence Coach” and an award-winning Author, Actor, TEDx Speaker, and Strategist who has been named “Best New Author” by Amazon. Star of Super Bowl commercial Pug Attack. O’Connor has been featured on Adweek, Adage, WSJ, CNN, USA Today, to name a few.

Michael Keeter is a seasoned Advisor, Director of Business Development, Trainer, and Connection Strategist with over 30 years of experience in the dental and medical sales industries. Demonstrating a profound commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality products and services, he enhances experiences and outcomes for patients and clinicians alike. In his current role as the Director of Business Development at AvaDent by Global Dental Science, Michael leads the strategy and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, with a specialized focus on a diverse array of digitally designed removable and implant-supported prostheses.
His expertise lies in several core competencies, including Key Account Management, where he excels in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, New Business Development, actively identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities, and Digital Dentistry Solutions, specializing in cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance efficiency and precision.
Throughout his career, Michael has consistently exceeded sales goals, built strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, and successfully expanded market share and revenue. His accomplishments include receiving prestigious awards such as the President’s Club Award and Rookie of the Year Award, as well as holding membership in the North America Sales Advisory Board, reflecting his notable leadership and expertise in the industry.
With a mission to establish himself as the undisputed value leader and growth partner in the digital dentistry space, Michael is dedicated to advancing the field with innovative solutions and strategic partnerships. His extensive professional journey includes roles at AvaDent, Cloud Dentistry, Nobel Biocare, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories, and Angelica Corporation.
Michael holds a BS in Marketing and Management from the University of Oregon, where he was a Full Scholarship Athlete. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys supporting the Oregon Ducks, spending time with family and friends, engaging in sports, and fostering teamwork, success, and transparency.
Dr. Evans is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has a compassionate approach to patient care as he strives to ensure the comfort and trust that is expected in a doctor-patient relationship. Patients and staff enjoy his upbeat personality and jovial attitude – it is easy to see that he loves what he does!
Dr. Evans is a veteran of the United States Navy. Throughout his decade of service, he has had the distinct privilege of treating many of our heroes, both Sailors and Marines, as they returned from combat and overseas tours.
After earning a BS from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Human Biology/Chemistry and a DMD from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Evans then went on to complete two residencies: a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton followed by Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
Through his military and civilian practice, Dr. Evans has extensive experience and training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and benign head and neck pathology.
Dr. Evans is a General Anesthesia examiner for the Dental Board of California and carries certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Tactical Combat Casualty Care and a General Anesthesia permit.
In his spare time, Dr. Evans enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Tracy, also a former Navy dentist, and spending time with their children and dogs. He is an avid golfer and football enthusiast.
