Full arch experience
A complete journey to full-arch rehabilitation
Every dentist follows a different path. The goal isn’t to complete every step — it’s to follow the right full-arch journey for your clinical goals.

Advanced clinical exposure
Hands-on experience in live clinical environments, from treatment planning to surgical and prosthetic execution.

Guidance from clinicians with real-world full-arch surgical and restorative experience.
Built for clinical implementation
Step-by-step advanced training designed to integrate full-arch cases into your own practice.

What dentists say about ADI
Hear from clinicians who trained with us.
Absolutely amazing experience here at ADI. I have now taken three courses at their beautiful facility and am truly impressed with the quality and organization they have delivered. I have also attended their annual symposium twice and have had awesome times! Looking forward to their next courses offered!
Participated in an excellent course here! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Clean and comfortable venue and learned a lot!
What happens when you skip steps?
Many implant-placing dentists attempt full-arch cases before building a structured framework for planning and execution. The result is rarely a matter of technique alone — it shows up in clinical confidence, case consistency, and long-term practice growth.
More uncertainty in complex cases
Without a systematic planning approach, each full-arch case feels like uncharted territory.
Higher referral rate
Cases that could stay in your practice get referred out — not because you lack the skill, but because you lack the foundation preparation.
Slower clinical growth
Isolated training experiences don't compound. Without a progressive pathway, development stalls.
Lower predictability
Confidence in full-arch treatment comes from repetition within a structured framework — not from isolated exposure.
The Full Arch Experience exists to change that. A structured pathway built to make your growth into full-arch rehabilitation predictable — case by case.
Frequently asked questions
Who is the Full Arch Experience designed for?
The Full Arch Experience is designed for dentists who already place implants and are ready to advance into full-arch rehabilitation. This is not an introductory program — it is built for clinicians seeking to treat more complex cases with greater predictability.
Can I take each step independently?
Yes. Each step can be taken individually based on where you are in your clinical development. However, the full journey is structured as a progressive pathway, and completing all three stages delivers the most comprehensive clinical preparation.
Will I work on live patients?
Yes. Step 2 — Full Arch Live Patient Training — gives you direct participation in multiple full-arch cases, working on live patients through a complete surgical and prosthetic workflow under expert supervision.
What advanced procedures can I add to the Live Patient Training?
The Live Patient Training can be expanded to include advanced modules such as remote anchorage, bone grafting, soft tissue management, sinus lift, and additional clinical days — tailored to your specific clinical goals.
How does Chairside Support work in practice?
An experienced ADI specialist comes directly to your clinic on the day of your procedure. You remain fully in control of the treatment. They provide real-time guidance on case assessment, surgical execution, and clinical decision-making — so you build confidence case by case, in your own environment.
